Thank you for reading my TOU's.
Every site needs them.
General Terms:
Once you have receive email notification you are a member,
NO refund will be given.
Please do not share your username and password with anyone.
Anyone found to be doing so will have their Membership terminated and NO refund given.
Upon joining you are required to add my banner to your site within 7 days. Link back to www.Stephyspixeldesigns.com.
After your membership expires You must still have my banner on your site if you continue to use my stuff.
Tubes:
You may make adoptions,sig tags, stationary, websets etc with my tubes.
Be it for free or for profit.
You may Not:
Resize or recolor my tubes. Remove them to make them look Frankenstein like.
Share them with friends or send them through groups.
Put them on cd to resell.
You must make them into something before sharing or selling them Just adding a name is NOT okay.
You can’t write tutorials or create lineart with my tubes!
Sigtags:
Everyone gets 5 tags a week.
You can get all tags for you or all tags for a friend or mix and match.
You may not claim them as your own.
You may not remove your name and add someone elses.
No changes to my sig tags at all!
Lineart:
As I have not personally made any line art you must follow the terms of the lineart creator!
Adoptions:
Pretty much same as sigtags.
Except you must have a website or forum to use them.
Do not resell them!
You can not add them to an adoption shop for other people to download.
Wordpress themes:
You may not change anything in my Wordpress themes!
This means graphics and such.
You must always keep my credit on them.
Do not take them apart to make your own themes.
You may not share my themes they are for your personal use only!
